Maintenance Mechanic

* Examines machines and equipment to diagnose the source of trouble.
* Dismantles machines and performs repairs.
* Makes necessary adjustments to machines and equipment for proper operation.
* Performs electrical repairs and installations.
* Performs welding and plumbing repairs.
* Conducts scheduled preventative maintenance procedures.
* Informs supervisor of operational status of equipment and notifies of any problem areas.
* Follows ISO operating procedures.
* Keeps work area safe, clean and organized.
* Performs other related duties as required.
* Read and interpret electrical and loop drawings
* Calibration
* Flow and pressure transmitters- Micro-Motion-Rosemount
* PLC based control system- Allen Bradley Factory Talk/Fisher Provox
* 4-20 ma controls
* 120v and 480v electrical including motor starts and VFD's
* Knowledge of RTD's (resistance temperature detectors)
* Familiarity with pH meters
* Class I Division 2 Electrical
* Vega Radar

Employee with review work orders from night before
-Will perform PM's on electrical control systems
-Installation and wiring of pumps
-Will clean out exchanger
-Majority of time is spent following up on work orders
