Accounts Payable Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is seeking candidates with a background in Accounts Payable. This is a open ended contract M-F; 8-5. Downtown Jacksonville.

Qualifications

• Invoice data entry experience utilizing JD Edwards is preferred
• Expected to key 7,000- 100,000+ per hour
• 1-3 years of RECENT accounts payable/invoice processing experience

Accounts payable position is responsible for the processing of accounts payable invoices. Accounts payable position must maintain an accounts payable process achieved through diligent and efficient processing. Accounts payable will be responsible for taking part in the processing of over 1,000,000 invoices annually. Accounts payable is responsible for relating to suppliers by phone or email to provide information in regards to Accounts Payable. Must have good written and verbal skills. Researches accounts payable in multiple systems for issue resolution. Accounts payable position will possess solid PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, an enterprise system).
