Job Description
The Assistant General Manager assists in the successful management of the property, overseeing outstanding guest service, staffing, training, F&B, human resources, and revenues/profits. Select service hotel requires a hands-on management approach and a willingness to help in any departments as needed. Ensures that brand standards are met or exceeded and must be committed to providing superior guest service. Must have proven record of leading a successful team. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Resumes and wage requirements required. Equal opportunity employer.
Requirements
Must have minimum 2 years proven experience in a hotel supervisory/management role. Back-of-house experience very helpful. 4-year degree, preferably in hospitality or hotel management. Marriott experience is preferred.
