Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
This is a full time permanent position
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing a call center environment
- Administrative functions
- Customer service and problem resolution
- Data entry
- Account maintenance
- At least 1 year of applicable law firm or legal intake experience required
- Prior supervisory experience highly preferred
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- A team oriented mindset
- An overall positive can-do attitude
- Able to communicate to upper management in a clear, professional manner
- Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, judgment, reasoning and problem-solving skills needed to be successful in this position
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
