Maintenance / Custodial - Daytime Hours! - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a responsible Industrial Custodian who can keep our production facility clean and safe for all associates. Along with maintaining the cleanliness of the plant, the Custodian is responsible for keeping a running inventory of all cleaning supplies and informing their supervisor when supplies get low. The successful candidate will have experience in general custodial work basic building maintenance as well as experience operating a scissor / man lift and also fork lift.

Wage: $11.50-$12.00 per hour based on experience

Hours: 10am-6pm, Mon-Fri

(Overtime may be required at times)

Responsibilities and Duties
•Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the plant clean and free of hazards
•Adhere to the company's safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone
•Perform routing cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by the facility management team
•Other general maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills
•Good communication skills
•Ability to manually lift and move materials as required, up to 50 pounds
•Ability to stand for required periods of time
•Ability to sit, push, pull, bend, lift, walk, and follow direction
•Experience in driving a forklift as well as using a scissor / man lift
•Prior experience in custodial work is a plus
•Proven ability to be a reliable and consistent employee
