Restaurant Busser/Dishwasher - $13.50

 

Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting a full-time Busser/Dishwasher at Bob''s Red Mill Restaurant. This is a temp-to-hire position that gets a substantial discount on Bob’s Red Mill products on day one, with many more perks available once fully hired. This flexible role will require you to handle a variety of tasks, including bussing tables, dishwashing, answering customer questions, making coffee, recycling, cleaning the hood system, and helping out wherever needed. This is a fast-paced and physically demanding position. Bussers are expected to lift up to 40lb bus tubs while going up and down stairs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be constantly moving around the restaurant and store areas. Desirable candidates are able to work independently, be energetic, and customer service oriented. Must be willing and able to learn new tasks and assist with odd jobs as needed.

Schedule: Varies - Monday – Saturday, 8:30AM-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $13.50 / hr

 Job Duties:

• Clearing off tables, washing dishes
• Emptying trash/recyclling
• Prep food
• Be a good representative of the company
• General cleaning of your area
• Communicating with coworkers to keep on top of tasks

Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma, GED or Bronze level NCRC
• Reliable transportation (buses do not run in this area on Saturdays)
• Able to consistently lift up to 50lbs throughout a shift
• Stand, bend, twist for 8+ hours
