CAREGiver - Holiday Bonus plus time and half pay

Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.  The CAREGiver provides safety and monitoring to our clients.   Join our team to find out why we were named to the Forbes' Top 100 List for Best Large Employers in 2017, the only home care company to make the list.

Pay ranges from $10-$11.50/hr depending on your availability and the type of client being cared for.  If you work both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, you will receive an $80 bonus in addition to time and half pay on those days.  The bonus will also be paid to you on 12/23, just in time for Christmas!!  Additional raises are given based on performance and seniority.  The only requirements to be a CAREGiver are the ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DMV check, be at least 21 years old, and possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

CAREGiver duties include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Transportation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Activities
• No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead Senior Care
