Repair Units: Car audio and navigation system, and related components, etc. Adjust to factory specifications as required. Create repair reports and other relevant reports.

Basic knowledge of electronics. Ability to use small hand tools for both mechanical and electrical repair. Ability to read schematic diagrams and identify components. Must be able to work independently or in small teams with minimal supervision. Experience in both mechanical and electronic repair is preferred.

- Performs analysis and repair of products including both electrical and mechanical products.

- Meet Quality Objectives assigned to Technician

- Assist QC Inspector in analyzing technical problems.

- Prepares technical reports providing detail of repair activities

- Provides set up and proper use of test equipment used in facility.

Good hearing, hand-eye coordination and excellent vision (glasses okay) are necessary for examining printed circuit boards and component identification (must be able to identify color). Physical ability to remain in sitting or standing position for sustained periods of time. Walking is required to accomplish tasks related to the position. Position requires physical strength to lift and carry product and equipment (ranging from 5 to 30 lbs) to and from repair benches. Position requires physical ability to sustain movements, especially of the fingers, wrist, hands and arms. Must be able to pick, pinch, push and press with fingertips, and be able to apply pressure to an object with palm of hand. Ability to discern physical attributes of objects including size, shape and temperature by touch.
