Call Center Representative: Medicare Part D - Medicare Advantage

- Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries/issues received from pharmacy providers, members, and authorized client representation.

- Maintain strong working relationship withInbound and outbound calls regarding pharmacy claims, member benefits, calls from hospitals etc.

-Needs to be independent minded and have a problem solving mentality.-workers and managers in support of a cohesive team atmosphere

-Previous experience as a pharmacy tech a plus

-Bi-lingual a plus
