Our client has opportunity to hire Technical Support Coordinator for the Office. The individual will be computer Savvy Experience with computer systems, exposure to networking, and troubleshooting also desired. The qualified candidate will be supporting the IT manager with: help desk responsibilities, networking support, training others on systems, remote access support, and general troubleshooting both office and ancillary devices. The candidate will work in a small team where you can play a significant role in the overall performance and impact of the team.
Qualifications:
- Computer systems in a Windows Environment
- Basic SQL or other relational database
- Training others in systems
