Role Summary:
A Professional is defined simply as someone that is prepared for work! This individual’s goal is to serve our guests and will not waste time on distractions or behaviors unbecoming of a professional. This person will need minimal direction and supervision – They will excecute daily plans based on personal motivation. This person is willing and capable to work in any position and prepared and self motivated to learn the necessary skills to succeed.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- On-time for work (policy is to be at work 5 minutes prior to scheduled time in uniform and ready to work)

- Go the 2nd mile for the guest and team mates
- Complete uniform (name-tag, approved shoes, socks and outer garments, pen, service standard card, goal card); No cell phones (Coordinator and/or Senior Leader on duty may have their phone to assist with running the shift)
- Have basic knowledge of CFA standards with goal of becoming an expert through eTrain (2minute service times...red demands action, guests come first, Core 4, 2nd Mile Service, Hospitality)

Part-Time - A team member must be able and willing to work an opening and/or closing shift. Saturday availability is required with requested time off at a minimum with priority scheduling given to work)
