Position Overview:
The Clinic Supervisor will manage the clinical operations for the focus on prevention and wellness, as well as coordinating care and educating patients in a health and wellness center setting. This position is responsible for working closely with the both QuadMed and client management to manage all daily health and wellness center operations, including supervising all health and wellness center staff to include Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants as well as monitoring the daily operational processes for all health and wellness center staff. 
Essential Functions:
  • Performing daily clinical functions, hands on, as needed (e.g. blood pressure checks, drawing blood, injections, etc)
  • Facilitating continuous improvement systems throughout the health and wellness center through the use of Lean principles
  • Administering all staff performance evaluations and compiling input for the performance appraisal process for providers.
  •  Overseeing all health and wellness center staffing responsibilities including talent acquisition, employee development, scheduling, training, on-boarding, staff communication, and performance management.
  • Acting as an effective communicator and liaison on the day-to-day operations with both the customer and account management staff
  • Ensures top notch customer service by working closely with staff to help them meet and exceed patients’ and the client’s expectations
  • Measures and reports on customer satisfaction through the use of patient satisfaction
  • Solves day to day issues and presents solutions to Manager of Clinic Operations
  • Responsible for ordering all clinic supplies and maintaining clinic 6S Lean standards
  • Monitors health and wellness center environment and works with other departments to quickly resolve any building maintenance issues.
  • Understands and complies with all regulatory, procedural, and licensing requirements
Completes incident reports as needed and provides assistance regarding investigations and the resolution of complaints
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate from and accredited college/university with a degree in nursing, MA, business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of previous nursing or leadership experience (with direct reports) in an outpatient clinical or occupational health clinical setting. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel. 
  • This position also requires great attention to detail, proficient management and patient education skills, excellent problem solving, and a caring personality.
  • CPR certification required
  • WI RN License, LPN License or MA Certification preferred.  
  • Familiarity with practice management software and electronic medical records strongly preferred
