Job Description
Quad/Graphics is currently seeking Foil Stamping Operators to work in the Leominster, MA location. The primary function of this position is to produce high quality work on Geitz and Bobst equipment. Perform maintenance as needed. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Review work schedule, checking equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled and preparing for operations.
- Having an understanding of the upcoming job.
- Running jobs at the highest production rate possible while maintaining quality through the constant inspection of materials.
- Job make ready including proper foil adherence, emboss quality, registration (preliminary, start-up and running), feeder and delivery set up
- Maintaining the equipment in good operating condition
Sheetfed Press experience would be helpful.
Current shift is 12 hr continental Sun - Wed 6pm - 6am, Sun - Tues 6pm - 6am
Qualifications
- Geitz and Bobst experience would be helpful.
- Must have high school diploma. Further education a plus.
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, computer and interpersonal skills.
