Cedar Park Regional Medical Center is your community healthcare provider. With more than 600 healthcare professionals strong, our facility offers complete inpatient, outpatient, surgical and emergency care. In addition to an onsite Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, we are a Level IV Trauma designated facility and are a Bariatric Center of Excellence.

Position Overview

Cedar Park Regional Medical Center's rehabilitation services are designed to help patients through the process of recovering from injury or illness. Our goal is to help people regain their independence and improve their lives. Services are offered on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.

We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist with orthopedic and neurology experience to join our team! This is a PRN position working 1-2 days per week, or as needed.

Responsibilities

Evaluation/treatment and ongoing assessment of patient needs related to physical therapy

Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans

Work cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and adjustors

May supervise physical therapy assistants, aides, and athletic trainers

May perform a variety of other related tasks

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required, Master's Degree preferred

Current certification as a Physical Therapist in the State of Texas American Heart Association (AHA) approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire

Minimum of one (1) year of outpatient experience required Ability to work at least one (1) weekend shift per month
