7+ years of category management experience, marketing, supply chain, or finance
Education
Bachelors' Degree preferred. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

- 4+ years of category management experience, marketing, supply chain, or finance
- Ability to analyze, articulate, and solve complex problems and concepts to make effective business decisions
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast paced, frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized
- Work cross functionally to build consensus on goals, assumptions and conclusions

Education

- Create and lead the critical merchandising business processes such as Lifecycle Management, Category and Assortment Planning and profitability analysis
- Develop a toolkit to optimize categories and assortments based on multiple factors including SKU rationalization, space productivity, and sales & financial analysis.
- Create incremental business by leading cross-functional projects driving the accessories business including EIP, Assortment Planning, new business development (@Work, Care, Web) and more.
- Lead projects for the Accessories team, including but not limited to refurbishment programs, product tests, payment programs, systems & tools, and more.
- Support Product Managers with product kick-off and Master Assortment Plan catalog maintenance.
- Creates summaries at the executive level
