Home Preservation Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

These positions are open because of a back log of customers who were impacted by natural disasters.

Monday through Friday schedule!

As a Home Preservation Specialist they will be responsible for answering calls from customers who are seeking mortgage relief for the losses that they incurred during the hurricanes/wildfires.

Answering calls, demonstrating empathy, verifying customer information and mortgage information. Data entry of all information into the system, understanding what can be offered to each customer and following up with customers.
