Member Services Rep - Full-time / Part-time

Job Expectations:
-MSR's will be taking up to 70 calls per day-approx 10 per hours. Most all of the calls are inbound
-Manage high-volume of inbound calls
-Answer member inquiries, explain treatment explanations and billing questions
-Provide members with accurate information for dental coverage

1st day: They will begin individualized training that will last for 3 weeks. After this 3 weeks they start with Medical claims and work their way up to the more difficult claims. After 1 month and every month after, they get a performance review showing all metrics as well as attendance numbers.
