About this job

Customer Service Rep is responsible for supporting the facilities management team with: meeting set-ups, tenant move-ins and move-outs, furniture moves, event support, deliveries and stocking of facilities products, unskilled painting, and office inspections. The services coordinator supports a facilities technician with their repairs. They must be able to prioritize high volume of work orders, handle urgent requests, respond to tenant and client calls. Requests can be anything from hanging a photo, fixing a desk, helping an employee move, installing a light.
