CNC Mill Machinist - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is looking for a CNC Mill machinist with 4+ years of experience in machining small parts and editing G -code. Candidates will be working in air-conditioned work environment machining small plastic rings and seals used in the oil and gas industry. They will be conducting several change over of parts everyday and will be running multiple parts on the same day. They will need to edit G code in the machine to ensure the part is machined correctly. They will be operating a 4 axis Mill. They will be working off blueprints and using measurement tools to verify the correct dimensions and tolerances.

The position is on 2nd shift (3:30pm-11:00pm)

Qualified Candidates

• Must have at least 4+ years of experience in machining small parts and setuping up their own machines.
• Fadal experience is preferred Must be able to edit programs and make several different parts in one day (job shop).
• Must be able to utilize micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
