Project Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently working with a reputable general contractor in the Baltimore market and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager.

Position/Company Overview:

• Project sizes ranging from $250k-10million
• Radius of 30miles of Baltimore.
• Project portfolio includes: healthcare, schools, universities, office, restaurant, retail etc.
• Established contractor with strong backlog of work.
• Competitive salary/comp package.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5yrs of experience as a project manager for a commercial general contractor.
• Diverse project portfolio in commercial construction
• Ability to read and interpret plans/blueprints
• Experience working with construction management software's
• Ability to run project progress meetings with owners.
• Experience managing/interacting with multiple subcontractors.
