Description:

Position Summary: Supports the ongoing employee benefits programs throughout LifeBridge Health by working closely with internal and external benefits and human resources professionals, vendors and employees. The benefits specialist also provides excellent customer service, investigates new benefits programs, improves existing programs, provides support in benefits administration, as well as ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefits programs.
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree and/ or three to five years of equivalent HR related experience.
2. Computer proficiency and the ability to use MS Office Suite.
3. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
5. Knowledge of benefits contract language and state/federal regulations.
6. Excellent communication and organization skills.
7. Preferred-SHRM-CP/PHR and/or CEBS professional designations.
