Team Leader 2nd Shift

Company Overview / Position Summary:

Come be a part of CPI Card Group, the principal provider in payment card production and related services. The team leader is responsible for the safety and productivity of all production employees, as well as plant security. Additionally, the Team Leader is accountable for guaranteeing production is scheduled, deadlines are met and are within CPI's quality parameters.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Confirm operators stay on task at all times and their work load is regularly replenished.

•Certify work is pushed through the production floor ensuring daily production goals are met.

•Monitor the safety and productivity of all employees

•Exemplify effective communications between management and operators

•Train new employees and coach existing employees

•Investigate and report all incidents (accidents, breaches, coaching opportunities)

•Operate machinery used in the production process as needed

•Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas

Qualifications:

1+ years Leadership experience and 1+ year production experience.

Able to work the designated shift; and to work overtime as required (including before or after the designated shift and /or weekends).

High school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and numeric sequence organization.
