The Program Manager position for Facilities coordinates or helps facilitate coordination of vendor related activities for the following national accounts, Minor Maintenance, HVAC Preventive Maintenance Program, Filter Purchasing, HVAC Parts Purchasing Program and Water Treatment. The position supports a national network of service providers and SHC district facility managers.

* Update, manage and maintain HVAC equipment database.
* Facilitate implementation of multiple existing and new master service agreements.
* New vendor orientation and expectations.
* Conduct vendor meetings, existing and prospective.
* Build and provide scheduling tools to HVAC Preventive Maintenance vendors for each season of activity.
* Ensure execution of the agreed upon scope of work in all assigned accounts.
* Conduct periodic performance reviews with vendors and supervising management.
* Provide education support to new and existing District Facility Managers
* Provide operational support to District Facility Managers in the field
* Resolve conflict between the DFM team and the vendor network.
* Provide timely program progress updates for national Minor Maintenance and national HVAC PM Program.
* Perform add/delete location support to the procurement team for future use.
* Verify cost per site based on standing MSA.
* Review submitted invoices for accuracy and scope of work consistency.
* Work with billing department on resolutions for removed locations, lack of service and others.
* Review and approve recurring and service invoices in ARIBA spend management software.
