Looking for a healthcare customer service representative in Tempe, AZ! Interview are this week! This job would receive inbound calls that could pertain to benefit questions, help locating a provider, and billing related questions
Job Description:
- * Provide assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation
- * Document all activities for quality and metrics reporting through the Customer Relationship Management
- * Process written customer correspondence and provide the appropriate level of timely follow up
- * May coordinate member transportation and make referrals to other departments as appropriate
- * Maintain performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics including turn-around times
Qualifications:
- Customer service or call center experience (1+ years)
- Medical terminology/healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $13
Hours: Mon-Fri shift between 8am-9pm
