Job Description:
They will mainly be working on collecting documentation from HOA's and insurance companies as well as fielding questions from the internal sales partners for status updates. There are a lot of email and phone communications going back and forth so it is important that the person can manage it all well and doesn't crack under pressure.

Primary functions will include: - Monitoring multiple backlog queues for document inventory and resolving backlogs - Making outbound calls to insurance agents and condo associations to request documents. - Providing administrative support to Condo underwriters - Copying and other projects/duties as assigned - Answer status emails in professional manner

Must have:
College Degree in Business or Economics, or any Business degree

OR


6 months mortgage or Real estate experience,
excellent communication, written/oral and phone skills.

Training will be 2 weeks long from 8:00-4:30 M-F

After Training it will go from 10:30-7:00 M-F

This will be an 18 month contract to hire position!
