Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service team on a CTH basis.




Responsibilities include:
monitoring the repairs database

compile Evaluation Reports when necessary

work with tech support for repair-related issues

arrange for shipment of repaired motors * drives to customers

enter sales orders

enter purchase orders

contact vendors for RGAs when necessary for vendor repairs

contact customers over the phone or email to gather necessary information for RMA and credit returns

monitor RMA management on Sharepoint

Enter all RMA's for repairs into Oracle via Sharepoint

monitor Customer Service emails

M-F 8am-5pm
