Building Inspector/ Health Officer
The Town of Winchester will be accepting applications for a PT Building Inspector/Health Officer for up to 21 hrs. per week. The duties for this position include: inspections, plan review, issuing permits and violation notices and including all follow up and documentation. Applicants must have a min. of at least 2 years of building inspection experience or 5 years of Supervisory construction experience with a thorough knowledge of building and life safety codes, health codes and be able to obtain certification in building inspection or code enforcement within 18 months.
