This role requires the ability to communicate information concisely, both verbally and in presentation form, and the ability to work closely with Senior Management to balance

financial and business goals. General responsibilities are to produce operational reporting and analytics & workforce management forecasting while providing recommendationsto Senior Management regarding financial and operations performance.

Responsibilities include:

Use analytic tools to inform the business of risks and opportunities and prepare detailed business analysis to explain performance results

Design management reporting packages to communicate business result transparency to all constituents

Conduct analytical projects in support of process improvement across multiple teams and resources

Ability to analyze, interpret and translate metric performance across functions and across different lines of business

Ability to package and present key business insight in formal executive presentations

Possess strong interpersonal skills for partnering with various levels of the organization and influencing results

Develop cross-functional knowledge in understanding impact of performance and trends that impact decisions on desired business strategies

Demonstrating strong problem solving skills, especially in a fast-paced environment

Ability to streamline data inputs in order to turn around timely analysis that drives business oversight

Partner with the leadership team to formulate strategies to achieve customer and financial objectives and serve as Business Planning and Analysis lead

Successful candidates must be able to:

Communicate and interact effectively with Executive Management to convey business performance trends

Ability to package and present projections, performance trends, and performance outlooks in an executive format

Ability to analyze, interpret and translate metric performance into business insight

Develop strong relationships and partnerships across functions to execute an integrated planning process

Navigate and negotiate organizational complexities to influence decision makers

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with up to 5 years of related experience preferred

Analyzes data for reporting and/or performance (trend) analysis

Develops decisions based on analysis gathered

Prepares complex financial budgeting, billing and business planning analysis/reports

Develops complex reports for clients, internal or external

Makes changes to established policies and required

Exceptional communication, presentation and writing skills

Strong business acumen and demonstrated leadership

Demonstrated understanding of business value drivers and aligning teams
