Kelly Services is looking for Customer Service Reps for a large client in Warrendale, PA!

Job Duties:
- Receive inbound calls from patients, and occasionally doctors/nurses, for prescription re-orders.
- Call volume is approximately 50-60 calls per day.
- Will be required to meet productivity goals.
- Identify and report trends in call drivers to management.
- Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience. Can include retail, call center, or medical administrative positions.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Must be dependable.
Pay Rate:
- $13/hr. Payrate if offered permanent is $14. 50/hr.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday; 11:30am - 8pm. Training will be Monday - Friday; 9:30am 6pm for the first 2 weeks.
Duration:
- At least 6 months with possible permanent opportunity.
Anticipated Start Date:
- As soon as possible.
