Job Description

Are you looking to make some extra cash for the Holidays? Searching for that ideal weekend role to supplement your current schedule? Kelly Services in partnership a local apparel distributor are looking for Seasonal Customer Support Specialist in their eCommerce division.
The role of the Customer Support Specialist - eCommerce is to support and process inbound order inquiries for prospective customers. Operational responsibilities include, answer incoming calls and web chats to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide product information.
Requirements:
Effective verbal, phone, and written communication skills
Strong data entry & typing ability
Ability to work in multiple systems
Accurate and detail oriented
Schedule:
There are two shifts available 7:00am - 3:30pm and 10:30am - 7:00pm. Candidates must be able to work Saturday and Sunday at a minimum however can pick up additional hours up to 40 hours per week if they choose. Once schedule is set, candidate must adhere to schedule for the duration of the assignment.
Positions will begin in early November and are anticipated to go through January 2018.
