Job Description
As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain rapport with customers, ensure your personal equipment is in good working order and document any service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
Job Responsibilities
As a Field Service Technician, you will service existing accounts by analyzing work orders, investigating complaints and resolving problems.
Additional responsibilities for the Field Service Technician include:
- Ordering and gathering components and parts
- Performing acceptance tests
- Suggesting improved methods and techniques to customers regarding door care and operation
- Recommending system improvements to customers
