An Awarded Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products, services, and resolve complaints. We are looking for candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills whom are comfortable with inbound and outbound calls, comfortable with providing additional offers, and can work independently.
What are the Responsibilities?
Contacting customers and Responding to customer phone inquiries
Records customer interactions and transactions, with detail
Obtain and examine relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes
Solicit sale of new or additional services or products
Developing, maintaining, and demonstrating knowledge of Bank's products and services
Identifying opportunities for providing additional support and services
Closing sales and transactions
Working hours: 40 hrs/wk, 8am-5pm
Skills:
What is the Educational Requirement?
--High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
--College education preferred but not required

--Performing in a fast-paced environment
--Successfully multitasking

--Background in banking
--Call center experience
--Treasury management products experience
--5-7 years of customer service related skills*
