Job Description
-Increase customer satisfaction by providing members, customers, patients and providers with timely and accurate information
-Build rapport with current and prospective members
-Be able to empathize with concerns from members
-Assist department in reaching daily goals

Skills:
Requirements
-Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
-2+ years of customer service
-Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
