Title: Pharmacy Technician
Location: Byfield, Massachusetts
Overview: This position requires the candidate to work with patients, doctors and insurance over the telephone and have the ability to make adjustments. This position is in an office setting and the candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong phone etiquette.
Requirements:

Ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone and work with patients, doctors, and insurance to resolve issues

Experience as a technician or interest in pharmacy field

Strong data entry skills

Clear and active MA license (or willing to obtain)

Able to work rotating schedule between the hours of 9am-9pm

Excellent phone etiquette
