A temp-to-hire position that is the first step towards a long term career with Whirlpool once you complete your education. This position will involve taking customer calls regarding appliances and scheduling service appointments. Shifts will be flexible to accommodate your class schedule. You are required to work at least 20 hours per week. You will be much more than part of a Call Center, you will be an expert who helps retain and grow the customer base!

You must live within 120 miles of Cleveland Whirlpool location to be eligible for this position. You must be able to train Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm on January 2nd-5th 2018. Additional training will be M-F January 8th-12th with some flexibility during this week. Some on-site training is required during your assignment.

Working hours: M-F 8am - 8-pm and Saturday 8-5

Skills:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• This position is a part-time, 20-hour work week

• One year experience working in customer service with varied duties helpful

• If you've worked in a Call center before, that's a big plus!

• Verbal and written communication skills

• Requires computer Knowledge and typing skills

• Sales mindset desired
