Job responsibilities:
- 60 calls a day - due to workload; call volume is typically 35-40
-Handle 2 types of Escrow calls:
-Payment calls
-Payoff calls
-Might also take calls regarding: taxes, insurance, and explanation
Classes starting soon!!
Working hours: Mon - Sat 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Skills:
JOB TENURE: 2-4 years in positions required**
-2 or more years of customer service experience
-Experience working in a retail/restaurant position
-Team lead, trainer, shift manager experience is preferred
-Customer service skills are important to be successful in this role
High attention to detail is very important
Any retail branch experience is a plus
