Job Description:
Immediate need for an Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire position in Menomonee Falls, WI. This career position has hours of 8:30am-5:00pm(Monday through Friday) with a starting pay rate range of $14. 00.
Responsibilities (not limited to)
-Entering customer orders into their ERP system
-Assisting customers via phone and email with returns, pricing, and shipments
-Making occasional outbound calls to prospective customers
Working hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Skills and Qualifications
-3-plus years of recent professional CSR experience in a B2B manufacturing or distribution environment required
-Experience with ERP or CRM systems required
-Excellent verbal and written communication ability
