Job Description:

Are you an extremely tech-savvy/professional customer service individual? We have the position for you! The ideal candidate for this role has a Bachelor's degree, recent customer service experience, and has a desire to be in support and sales. This role is responsible for providing a full customer service experience to our existing end users and trial users for a suite of products and software. The shifts are Monday - Friday, falling in the time frame of 7AM - 10PM and the role pays $16/hr. This would be a contract role lasting until March/April 2018.

Responsibilities:

-Generate new and renewal sales by determining user requirements and recommending appropriate products and solutions

-Respond to issues and questions from end users via phone and online channels

-Effectively interact with users of all technical skill levels to assess severity level and define, research, and resolve issues and questions quickly and accurately

-Provide timely updates to users, colleagues, and management on the status of outstanding issues

-Maintain status of issues in a call-tracking system and follow-up on escalated issues

-Educating users to improve product/feature usage and customer satisfaction

Working hours: Monday - Friday 7AM - 10PM

Skills:

Skills/Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED

-Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written)

-Previous sales and/or service experience in a fast-paced phone environment

-Ability to work flexible hours (Monday through Friday)

-Familiarity with sales and customer support CRM Applications such as Salesforce. com

-1 year of relevant experience; technical and/-or customer service experience is preferred troubleshooting OSX, Windows 8/Windows 7/Vista/XP/2000, and Windows Server platforms
