Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are hiring 25 candidates to work in a state of the art Call Center paying $11/hr in Centerbrook, CT! (along the shoreline) We will be hosting a career fair November 20th and 21st between the hours of 10:30am - 4pm to get everyone set up to start working!!!

They have two training dates to have employees start on November 27th or December 4th and the assignment will last until February 15th.

The call center offers the following shifts:

Monday thru Friday

7am - 3:30pm

8am - 4:30pm

8:30 - 5pm

9am - 5:30pm

10am - 6:30pm

11am - 7:30pm

11:30am - 8pm

12pm - 8:30pm

1pm - 9:30pm

1:30pm - 10pm

2pm - 10:30pm

2:30pm - 11pm

Part time shifts from 6pm - 11pm are also available

Candidates must also be able to work at least ONE weekend day a week from 9am-5:30pm but you are also able to choose which 2 days off they have!

Details of the job include:

Taking a high volume of inbound calls from customers regarding invoices, shipments, delivery and damaged goods.

Using their system to update customer information, add notes, etc.

One week of training is offered on their system and how to handle situations efficiently.

Working hours: 8am - 4:30pm

Skills:

All candidates MUST be able to work at least ONE weekend day:

Saturday and/or Sunday

9am - 5:30pm
