Supply Chain Management, including Ordering, Receiving/Shipment control, Inventory management, VIT management and Export/Import Logistics control. Responsible for Client and Supplier related activities, in accordance with the Client's delivery due date; invoice and register purchase and sales info system, inventory control system and ordering system, transportation follow up, warehousing-inventory control, prepare information documents for import and/or export.

Working hours: 8:00 Am - 5:00 Pm

Skills:

Inventory Business / Receive Forecast from Customer, Inventory analysis & calculation, Issue purchase order to vendor, Issue sales order to warehouse, Receive parts as well as coordinate shipment to customer, Provide the customers needed support. Non-Inventory Business / Receive purchase order from customer, Issue purchase order to vendor, Receive and coordinate the shipment to customer, Create Sales invoice, Provide the customers needed support negotiated. Inventory Control / Reports/Uploads purchase and sales orders in an on time manner into PROVIA, GP systems and spread sheet. Supervises and Controls warehousing & Inventories (PROVIA vs. In/out sheets, Aged inventory) Continuous Improvement activities and projects on SCM area. Identifies and implements Cost Reduction projects.

3-5 or more years in automotive industry or global SCM business experience preferred. 3-5 or more years of experience working with/for foreign companies preferred. Knowledge in Supply Chain, Inventory and/or Auto Parts industry preferred.

Computer Skills - Microsoft Office and Internet; Intermediate level in Excel. Experience in Accounting and/or Inventory Management Systems are preferred. Proficient use of PC, telephone and other office equipment.
