RESPONSIBILITIES
- Food Preparation. Prepare all meals as assigned, maintain quality, accuracy and timeliness; thoroughly replenish work stations and supplies for next service
- Customer Service. Deliver food carts to and from units, and/or collect all soiled trays
- Cleaning. Clean all work areas used in accordance with New York State Sanitation Code, Chapter 1, Part 14; maintain a personal representation of the Food and Nutrition Service Department through professionalism, hygiene and uniform
