Job Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a large healthcare services provider located in the Austin TX area. This is a rapidly growing industry and they urgently need qualified Healthcare Customer Service Representative Candidates to help the business continue to grow! Pay: $13. 45 Per Hour

Hours: Monday- Friday 8 Hour Shifts; 7 AM- 5 PM

Training Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Receives requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding insurance claims/policies.

Responds to inquiries from policy holders, providers and/or others for information and assistance.

Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine most effective response.

Mails or routes claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for final processing.

Independently responds to inquiries, grievances, complaints or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity.

May seek assistance with complex customer services issues.

Position typically requires excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand and interpret policy provisions.

Working hours: Monday- Friday 8 Hour Shifts; 7 AM- 5 PM

Skills:

High School Diploma or GED Required

1+ Year of Call center experience preferred.

Ideal candidate is customer focused, has good decision making ability, able to prioritize responsibilities, and resolve conflict.
