OVERVIEW
The focus of the Customer Development Manager III is to manage short and long term programs to drive profitable volume growth in key assigned account. The account base will include Regional Large Store Account responsibility. The Customer Development Manager III is responsible for all sales and marketing activities that occur within assigned accounts. Responsibilities also include ensuring all marketing and sales plans are executed by the sales staff to maximize gross margin, volume and share. The Customer Development Manager III Large Store, will manage all Coca Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated sales for, but not limited to specified accounts.

4 Year Bachelor's Degree required

5-7 years key account management experience preferred

Experience in creating and executing marketing programs.

Strategic sales planning experience.

Budgeting/P&L management experience.

Strong influencing, planning and negotiating skills.

Experience using Nielsen, Excel, PowerPoint, Margin Minder (preferred).
-
Must be willing to travel 30-40% of the time.
