TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 2 - Full-time / Part-time

Job: Service Technician

Description We have an immediate opening for a Technical Service Representative 2 to work on site at our client location in Princeton, IN.
POSITION DESCRIPTION

This individual will be responsible for ensuring Automotive Coatings customer satisfaction by providing technical service in customer plant on a wide range of products and application techniques. This individual must be well versed in product composition, customer application equipment, environmental issues and processes that are related to coatings application.

The successful candidate will have to come up to speed with our client s liquid coating technologies, methodologies and this customer in order to ensure the high level of customer satisfaction that is expected and provided. He she will also take a proactive approach as it relates to paint quality, addressing/solving issues, and process management and be able to understand the customer operations to provide all-around strong service and support.

Training on liquid coating technologies/processes provided if required.

This is a one-year W2 contract through CTG, with room to grow within the company, as there are many job opportunities.

Hours: M-F - 8:00 a. m. - 4:00 p. m. with some Saturdays (8:00 am - 12:00 pm) as required

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years experience as a technician
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Education Requirement

High School Diploma
College Degree in Chemistry or General Science is preferred
