We are currently seeking a motivated individual to cover a Part Time opening we have during our overnight shift:
8 pm - 6 am, Monday - Friday Hours will vary
We are looking for candidates that are available part-time hours during those timeframes.
Customer Service Reps specialize in:
- Employee and equipment dispatch
- Problem solving and troubleshooting
- Customer service in a high phone call volume environment
- Asset tracking
- Communicating with other regional offices to properly service the Mid-Atlantic region
- Employee relations
- Aspects of Human Resources and Customer Service
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess:
- 1-2 years of Dispatching, Customer Service, and/or Call Center experience
- Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
- Strong PC skills and the ability to quickly pick up on new computer systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- An Associate s Degree, Bachelor s degree preferred
- Great time management skills
