About this job
Responsible to act as liaison between the customer and the company to address needs, inquiries and issues. This includes but is not limited to sales order processing and maintenance, responding to requests for quotes, new product coordination, measuring the divisions delivery performance and maintaining ISO9000 documents for the Customer Service function.

Primary contact for all customer communications
Process RFQs, follow to completion
New product launch, coordination and management
Sales order administration
RMA process
Reporting: Update customer complaint log as needed, Delivery Performance, EW open order reports, customer open order reports as required
Assist other departments as needed
Complete all corporate training requirements
Comply with ISO-9001 quality standard
Set and track personal & business goals
Qualifications
AS degree or 3-5 years experience in customer service/account management related function
(Note: above may be waived at department managers discretion)
Strong written and verbal communications
Experience in an electronics-manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience with Windows and MS-Office (MS-EXCEL, MS Word)
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail
