Direct Support Provider (Caregiver)
Clarity Care - Neenah, WI
$10 - $11 an hour

We are currently searching for dedicated and reliable FT or PT Direct Support Providers (Caregivers) in the Neenah Area. Within this role you will work at one of our residential group homes and assist our consumers with day-to-day operations of the group home. You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: consumer rights, personal cares, daily living activities, and regulatory compliance.

Education/Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid WI driver's license, and ability to meet agency driving standards. Must provide proof of auto insurance (for some positions).
• Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Check including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
