Avionics Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Position: Avionics Technician

Pay Rate: $30/Hr. (per diem for eligible candidates only)
Duration/Type: OPEN ENDED CONTRACT
Shift/Hours: 1st/8 Hours
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Avionics Technicians will have 5-8 years of experience in avionics.
• Preferable experience on the King air aircraft or similar.
• Repairs, maintains and installs systems used for aircraft navigation and radio communications, weather radar systems and others instruments and computers that control flight, engine and other primary functions.
• Performs inspections, makes adjustments and repairs, replaces components, corrects malfunctions or deficiencies with and without power applied to aircraft
• Performs aircraft maintenance in accordance with applicable technical data, SOP's, and FAA/JAA regulations
• Access, remove and re-install aircraft components including mechanical and electrical which obstruct their performance of assigned repair/replace tasks
• Assist with repairs on off-aircraft components such as witch panels, circuit breaker panels and junctions boxes
