Front Desk Night Audit

The Staybridge Suites in The Colony, TX is searching for a detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor/Security Associate who will be responsible for balancing revenue and expense transactions and maintain the security and safety of the hotel guests and co-workers. The team member should enjoy working independently and provide an exceptional guest experience. Highly organized individuals would thrive in this position. This position is an 11pm-7am shift.

Job functions will include:

• Responding to guest requests and inquiries
• Assisting guests with arrival and departure
• Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations
• Cash handling
• Posting/running night audit reports and other various tasks
• Maintain the hotel’s safety and security standards
• Conduct routine inspections of the hotel premises
• Act promptly in the event of a circumstance that requires attention
• Monitor property entrances
• Communicate hotel facilities and services to all guests
• Maintain daily logs
• Placing wake-up calls into the system

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading, math, and communication skills.
• General knowledge of bookkeeping and auditing
• Must be capable of accurately handling money.
• Availability to work holidays and weekends is required.
• Adhere to brand and company standards.
