Administrative Assistant / Production Data Assistant This position will be a long-term contract position working onsite at top petro-chemical company in Seadrift, TX area. You will be supporting the Ethylene Oxide / Ethylene Glycol production group (40+ team members) with various administrative duties. You will also be working closely with the operations and logistics teams regarding daily production and logistics activities.   Office Professional duties: Ordering material for operations such as PPE and basic supplies  Expense reporting for the purchases  Library Implementer – upkeep with filing (physical and electronic), record retention, new file creation, etc.  Setting up meetings for staff, coordinating gatherings and events, assisting with travel arrangements, etc.  Production Data Assistant (PDA) duties: Will become backup PDA – will process daily production and raw material confirmations, ordering of supplies and raw materials through current SAP program.  Will be working with MEGlobal for material transfers into a new SAP system – will enter material information and quality data. (You will be trained on new SAP system) Requirements: HS Diploma or GED Previous experience in administrative / office clerical role (within petro-chemical production environment would be a plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Office – with high level proficiency in Excel required (will be using extensively to pull, extract and analyze data) Experience with SAP highly preferred Must be able to learn new programs/systems   Please Note: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office NOT your local Kelly office.
